BOB NEIDIG

Bob Neidig has been working as a Managing Broker in the residential Real Estate industry in the greater Denver area since 1995 specializing in single family and multi-family homes, conversion projects and FHA approval for multi-family projects. I entered into the Real Estate business with the goal of setting Kingdom Realty apart from other real estate firms. Friends of mine asked me “why do you want to get into the Real Estate business, realtors are like car salesmen”. My response was that I wanted to change that perception with my customers. My thesis in college was on “Customer Service”. Our goal is to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations. As our slogan states “It’s not just about Buying or Selling a Home…It’s About People’s Live’s. Pam Neidig has worked in many different facets of the Real Estate business. She has helped buyers and sellers in the re-sale market for the last 17 years and also has on-site sales experience. Pam loves helping the first time home buyers and has a great heart for serving her clients. She looks forward to helping you find your dream home in any price range.
